- Reflecting ongoing circumstances due to COVID-19 (NHS advise), I am offering only online sessions. Please be aware that no video-call platforms guarantee water-tight security.
I can see you on Zoom. I use free version of Zoom and therefore can accommodate one participating screen except for myself at a time. At your initial contact, please let me know your email address so that I can send you an invitation in advance.
If you wish to use Skype, please let me know in advance.
In case technology fails, we will first try without the camera on. Failing that we will carry on the session with a phone. Please call my mobile to continue.
- I would ask electronic payments for these sessions. At your initial session, I will explain how I would ask you to pay. Please settle your fees straight after your session. Thereafter please settle your fees ideally before the session. It will help you focus on the work during and after the session.
- I will apply my cancellation policy which is explained in FAQ. My existing clients have been following the 167-hour cancellation notice policy pretty much with ease. Therefore I would be grateful for your effort.
These guidelines for online work are expected to stay in place for the foreseeable future. The rest of my practice guideline remains the same.
